Any damage to the exterior of the box must (without exception) be noted before signing for the parcel. All claims for damage must be made within 48hours of receiving the items and must include photos showing the items and the exterior of the box.

We regret we are unable to give quotes for delivery charges over the telephone. This website will automatically calculate the fees based on the weight of the items you have selected.

Items sent within France are made via Colissimo. Delivery is usually made within 3 - 4 working days of receipt by Colissimo. (see notes below)

Deliveries are made in France, and are normally dispatched within 72 hours of receiving payment . Packages are shipped by Colissomo. Items weighing more than 0.75kg including packing will require a signature The information stated by the buyer, when placing an order is considered to be correct. If in the event of an error in the recipient's details (including name, number and street name, postal code, city name, phone number or email
address), the seller can not be held responsible for any failure to deliver the product correctly.All re-delivery, if applicable, will be charged to the customer. Delivery times are listed as accurately as possible in the order confirmation sent to the customer by email which will include a link to track the progress of your item(s) Delays in delivery times may give rise to damages. However, if 5 weeks after the stated delivery date, the product has
not been delivered for any reason other than "force majeure", the sale may

Receipt of Goods.
On receiving thegoods, the buyermust immediately check theircondition andtheir compliance withthe order. In the event of the package being damaged, the buyer mustnote this when signing for it. Claims for damages should be made by email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.All claimsrelating to an inaccuracyin the amountsor receiving incorrect itemsin relation tothe accepted offeror confirmationof the order bythe seller,must be made inwriting or by email within48 hours ofreceipt of goods, otherwisethe right toclaim will not be possible. Photographic evidence of damage to goods and box will be required. Claims will not be considered if an item has been signed for and accepted in good condition. Any damage to parcels must be noted upon delivery.
