Delivery Information

Please note:
We are no longer able to claim for any damage to items if a parcel has been signed "in good condition".
Any damage to the exterior of the box must (without exception) be noted before signing for the parcel.
All claims for damage must be made within 48hours of receiving the items and must include photos showing the items and the exterior of the box.


Delivery

Items sent within France are made via Colissimo.
Shipments outside of France are possible on request with the  exception of Annie Sloanproducts which are sold exclusively in France.

Shipments abroad

For deliveries abroad, customs fees, taxes of all kinds may be requested upon delivery which do not appear in our total price.


Deliveries are made in France, and are normally dispatched within 72 hours of receiving payment .
Packages are shipped by Colissomo. Items weighing more than 0.75kg including packing will require a signature
The information stated by the buyer, when placing an order is considered to be correct. If in the event of an error in the recipient's details (including name,
 
number and street name, postal code, city name, phone number or email address), the seller can not be held responsible for any  failure to deliver the product correctly.
All re-delivery, if applicable, will be charged to the customer.
Delivery times are listed as accurately as possible in the order confirmation sent to the customer by email which will include a link to track the progress of your item(s)
Delays in delivery times may give rise to damages.
However, if 5 weeks after the stated delivery date, the product has not been delivered for any reason other than "force majeure", the sale may be canceled
 
and the purchaser obtain a refund of the price of the goods with the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.
The following are considered to be "force majeure" releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver, natural disasters, administrative decisions, transport strikes, war, riot, fire, strikes (including postal strike), accidents and the impossibility of being supplied.
The seller will keep the buyer informed of any cases or events listed above.

Receipt of Goods.

On receiving the goods, the buyer must immediately check their condition and their compliance with the order. In the event of the package being damaged, the buyer
  must note this when signing for it. Claims for damages should be made by email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. All claims relating to an inaccuracy in the amounts or receiving incorrect items in relation to the accepted offer or confirmation of the order by the seller, must be made in writing or by email within 48 hours of receipt of goods, otherwise the right to claim will not be possible. Photographic evidence of damage to goods and box will be required.  Claims will not be considered if an item has been signed for and accepted in good condition. Any damage to parcels must be noted upon delivery.

Refunds on Postage

Once items have been dispatched by us we are unable to offer a refund for postage paid without exception.
